4. Pricing & Payments
Payment Terms
- Website packages and fixed-price services generally require full payment upfront
- Custom projects may require a deposit before work begins
- Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed project terms
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are non-refundable except where stated in our Refund Policy or required by law.
MS DIGITAL reserves the right to pause or withhold project delivery if payments are overdue.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client.
MS DIGITAL retains the right to display completed projects within our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
Third-party tools, plugins, frameworks, stock assets, or software remain subject to their original licensing terms and ownership.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose sensitive project details to third parties unless legally required.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MS DIGITAL will not be liable for:

Our maximum liability for any project shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

If a client cancels a project after work has begun:
- Deposits remain non-refundable
- Completed work may still be billed
If MS DIGITAL cancels a project without cause, unused project fees may be refunded proportionally.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled through the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
