All services are delivered digitally and are created specifically for each client and project.
Because our services are custom and tailored, completed work cannot be returned, reused, or resold.
3. One-Time Project Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
For one-time projects — such as a standalone website, branding package, or design service — clients may request a refund if they remain unsatisfied after all agreed revision rounds have been completed.
Refund requests will be reviewed fairly and individually. Depending on the amount of work completed and project stage, we may provide:
- A full refund
- A partial refund
- Additional revisions or adjustments within scope
This satisfaction guarantee applies only to one-time projects and does not apply to ongoing retainers, monthly services, maintenance plans, or subscription-based work.
4. Deposits
All project deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are used to reserve scheduling, begin planning, allocate resources, and initiate project preparation. This applies whether visible work has started or not.
5. Client Cancellation Policy
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started:
- Deposits remain non-refundable
- If the project is less than 50% complete, a partial refund may be considered after deducting completed work costs
- If the project is 50% or more complete, no refund will be issued

For website packages or fixed-price services purchased directly through our website:
- Cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase may qualify for a full refund if no work has started
- After 24 hours, or once work has begun, payments become non-refundable
7. Cancellation by MS DIGITAL
In the rare event that MS DIGITAL cancels a project due to circumstances on our side, clients will receive a refund for any unused or undelivered portion of the service.
8. Revisions and Project Feedback
Most services include revision rounds to ensure the final outcome meets the agreed project requirements.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the work, we encourage you to contact us so we can resolve the issue through revisions, adjustments, or support within the agreed project scope.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside of this policy may occasionally be considered under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of MS DIGITAL.
Each case will be reviewed individually and fairly.
